Commercial Projects

Commercial Services

Most of the commercial work we take on starts the same way—someone has an idea, a direction, or a problem they’re trying to solve, and they need help turning it into something real.

Sometimes that comes in as a rough sketch. Sometimes it’s a fully thought-out concept that just needs to be developed and built properly. We step in wherever it makes sense and carry it through to completion.

Where projects begin

Projects usually start with a conversation and whatever material you already have—drawings, references, or just a general idea of what you’re trying to accomplish.

From there, we work through the concept in a practical way, focusing on how it will actually be built, installed, and used in a real commercial environment.

Design and development

Once direction is clear, we move into drawing and development. This can include layout work, refinement of proportions, and resolving details that aren’t always obvious in early concepts.

The goal here isn’t to over-design things—it’s to make sure the idea holds up when it becomes a physical object.

CAD and modeling

We develop CAD drawings and 3D models as needed, depending on the project.

This allows us to work through dimensions, connections, and how different parts relate to each other before anything goes into production. It also gives you something clear to review and approve before moving forward.

Engineering and build planning

Before fabrication, we work through the engineering side of the project—materials, joinery, tolerances, and how everything will come together.

This step is where most of the real decisions get made. It keeps the build process straightforward and avoids problems later on.

Production

All core fabrication is handled in-house, with a focus on accuracy, consistency, and build quality.

Depending on the project, we produce one-off pieces or repeatable components for larger runs. The approach stays the same—clean execution and parts that go together the way they’re supposed to.

Additional capabilities

For projects that require it, we can coordinate beyond our in-house work.

This includes things like custom hardware, specialty components, or working alongside other teams involved in the project. We stay involved to make sure everything integrates properly with what we’re building.

Delivery and installation

We can handle delivery and installation for commercial projects, depending on scope and location.

The goal is to carry the project through cleanly from start to finish, without disconnect between design, fabrication, and final install.

How we work

We help clients that have a concept or idea for a project, then we help guide them through the process of development up to a finished product.

If you have something developed—or even just partially figured out—we can step in, organize it, and move it forward without adding unnecessary layers.
