CnC Services
Most of the CNC work we take on is production-driven.
Clients usually come to us with a defined need—something they’ve already thought through, tested, or at least sketched out—and they need it cut accurately, consistently, and without a lot of back-and-forth.
That’s where we fit in—production-focused CNC fabrication, handled cleanly from file to finished parts.
The kind of work we take on
We primarily take on projects that involve:
- Repeatable parts
- Small-to-mid production runs
- Components that need to be consistent across multiple units
- Work that benefits from CNC accuracy rather than hand fabrication
This could be anything from furniture components to retail fixtures or custom parts for a larger build.
How projects usually come in
Most projects come in pretty straightforward.
A client sends over:
- a rough drawing
- a concept
- or an existing part they need reproduced or refined
From there, we’ll translate that into something we can actually run—cleaning up geometry, adjusting for material, and making sure it’s going to cut and assemble the way it should.
We’ll send a draft back for approval before anything goes into production.
What we handle in-house
We run a 4x8 CNC with lathe capability, working primarily in plywood and hardwood.
We handle:
- Project development and drafting
- Light design adjustment where needed to make things buildable
- CNC cutting and part production
- Iteration if a part needs dialing in
- Sanding and finishing if needed
We can take projects through finishing and installation within the Orlando area (excluding residential), but most of the time we’re focused on producing clean, ready-to-use components.
How the process works
The process is pretty direct:
- You send over what you have
- We review and translate it into something machinable
- We send a draft or sample for approval
- Once approved, we move into production
No unnecessary layers—just getting from idea to finished parts as cleanly as possible.
